Congratulations to Melville Hyundai Assistant Service Manager Justin Neil who came first in Australia in Hyundai’s global competition to find the world’s best service advisor. Justin also came third overall in the Asia Pacific region.
Hyundai’s Customer Experience Championship (CXC) is staged every two years by the manufacturer and involves a rigorous schedule to determine who can deliver the best customer experience.
A total of 12 dealerships in Australia participated in this year’s CXC and there were more than 9,000 service advisors from around the world competing, so Justin’s achievement is impressive.
Service manager Jack Rhodes said: “We can’t say thank you or congratulations enough. Well done, Justin! We’re all very proud of your achievement!”
